Separate sealed bids for Sewer System Rehabilitation Phase I will be received by City of Bolivar, 211 N. Washington Street, Bolivar, TN 38008, until 2:00 p.m. on October 31, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any person with disability requiring special accommodations must contact the City of Bolivar no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening.
