Bid Information:
Sealed bids for Haywood County Election Commission Building Renovations will be received by The Honorable David Livingston, Mayor at the Haywood County Mayor's Office, 900 E. Main Street, Brownsville, TN 38012 until November 19th, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. local time, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the 50 Boyd Avenue, Brownsville, TN 38012 on November 7th, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
Electronic files may be downloaded free of charge from the A2H Plan Room at www.a2hplanroom.com. Hard copy sets of plans and specifications will also be available on the plan room at the contractor's expense.
Please Note: An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened. Official bidders will be established by attendance of the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
