The Project consists of constructing a new 8-inch waterline to upgrade the distribution system along Cumberland Heights Road and Highway 149 extending to the County EMS Station 23. The project consists of approximately 14,000 linear feet of 8-inch polyvinyl chloride waterline.

Bid Information:

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Ussery Road South Waterline Upgrade will be received at the Cumberland Heights Utility District office, located at 925 Briarwood Road, until 1:00 p.m., local time, on January 14, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. Any person with disability requiring special accommodations must contact Cumberland Heights Utility District no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening.

This project is being supported with State of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) American Rescue Plan (ARAP) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity.
