63544 - CMAA Restaurant Renovation

The project consists of a renovation to an existing bar and café space to increase point of sale locations and update the food service equipment. The scope includes new finishes, building of a new storage space, additional merchandise display, and new equipment. Lighting, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems are all updated within the scope of work to meet the needs of the equipment and design. The project also increases natural light to the space by adding storefront in the existing exterior wall.
