This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal funds awarded to the City of Friendship by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

Separate sealed bids for New Water Treatment Plant Test Wells will be received by City of Friendship, City Hall, 631 Main Street, PO Box 265, Friendship, TN 38034, until 2:00 p.m. on January 29, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any person with disability requiring special accommodations must contact the City of Friendship no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening.
