Bid Information:

Bids for the above project will be received by the Clarksville/Montgomery County School System at Central Services Gracey, 621 Gracey Avenue, Clarksville, Tennessee until 10:00 AM CST, on January 30, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened. A five percent (5%) Bid Security is required. The opening will be in the Gracey Board Room. Upon entering, you must check in at the Main Entrance Lobby. The opening is subject to change of rooms within the building, verify with the Receptionist upon check-in.

Prime Contractor Bidders must register with the Architect as a Bidder of Record to assure receipt of notifications, updates and addenda. Bidders of Record shall register on the Architect’s website: https://rufusjohnsonassociates.com/current-bids

Submit all questions about the Drawings and Specifications to the Architect, in writing. Replies will be issued to all Bidders of Record by Addenda and will form a basis of the Contract. The Architect and the Owner will not make oral clarifications. Questions must be received by the Architect at least seven calendar days before the Bid opening date. No addenda will be issued less than three calendar days prior to the Bid opening date. All questions shall be emailed to bidding@rjaarch.com

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at New Providence Middle School, 146 Cunningham Lane, Clarksville, TN 37402, on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. Location: Theater. Check-in is required at the Front Office. A site visit will follow immediately after the meeting.
