Bid Information:

Bids must be submitted to the MHA Capital Improvements Department, 700 Adams Avenue, Memphis, TN 38105- 5029, ATTN: Kelitia Dickson, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. Bids may also be submitted online at www.mhaplanroom.com under the submit tab.

One Pre-Bid Conference will be held Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST in the Capital Improvements Department at the Memphis Housing Authority located at 700 Adams Avenue, Memphis, TN 38105. Site visits can be scheduled Mon-Fri 8 to 3:30 through Friday, February 14, 2025. To schedule a site visit, please contact Kelitia Dickson at 901-337-2231 or via email at kdickson@memphisha.org. Although neither the Pre-Bid Conference nor the site visit is a bidding requirement, all offerors are strongly encouraged to attend.

Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid should be directed in writing, by 4:00 P.M. Responses to inquiries will be made in the form of a written addenda to the Invitation to Bid.
