Deadline for sealed bids, submitted to the Procurement Division, 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, TN 38017, is as noted per project listed above. The bids will then or soon thereafter be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Board Chambers at 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, Tennessee.

Bid packages must be clearly marked on the outside of the provided opaque Town of Collierville—Official Bid Envelope.

BID # TC2025-30 “STEEPLECHASE DETENTION SPILLWAY IMPROVEMENTS”.

The WORK required under this CONTRACT includes furnishing and paying for all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment and other items for construction improvements of the STEEPLECHASE DETENTION SPILLWAY IMPROVEMENTS, complete in every detail, ready for the TOWN’s beneficial use as specified herein and/or indicated on the CONTRACT drawings. The site improvements shall occur at the location of the detention area near Steeplechase Drive. Collierville, TN 38017. The PROJECT shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following items:

1. Demolition

2. Erosion Control and Water Pollution Control

3. Grading and Excavation

4. Trenching, Backfilling and Compaction

5. Lawn and Grass Landscaping

6. Concrete Formwork

7. Other Related Work
