Bid Information:
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by Scott Conger, Mayor, at City Hall, Ben Langford Room, 101 E. Main St., Jackson, TN 38301, until April 24, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office by contacting Laurie Smith, Project Coordinator, either by phone (901-372-0404) or email lauries@a2h.com. Bidding Documents should be obtained from the A2H Planroom (www.a2hplanroom.com) and will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Pre-Bid Information:
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on March 20, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall, Ben Langford Room, 101 E. Main St., Jackson, TN 38301.
