Bid Information:
Separate sealed bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Water Service Improvements project will be received by Loudon Utilities Board at the office of Loudon Utilities Administration Building, 2480 HWY 72 north, Loudon, TN 37774 until 2:00 pm EST, April 30, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for April 17th, 2025, 2:00 pm local time, at the Loudon Utilities Administration Building, 2480 Highway 72 North, Loudon, Tennessee 37774. Bidder attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/) To purchase a hard copy set or download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents including addenda, if any are obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.
