The layout is being modified to accommodate additional staff from multiple divisions of Shelby County Government including Housing, Training, and Plans Review and Permit Tech Staff. The renovation includes but is not limited to new TPO roof, new finishes, mechanical and electrical modifications, flooring, new ceilings, doors, painting, and signage.
