The Sikeston R-6 School District will receive Bids for the following bid packages for the above referenced project:
Matthews Elementary & ‘C’ Building Demolition- 1. Demolition
Navigate Building Solutions, LLC and Fleming Architects will receive the sealed bids for each Bid Package listed above for the Matthews Elementary & ‘C’ Building Demolition at the Sikeston R-6 Board of Education, 1002 Virginia, Sikeston, Missouri 63801. All bids must be received on or before 2:30 p.m. (local time), June 7, 2022. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Bids will be reviewed by the school district and their consultants following the reading of bids.
Pre-Bid Information:
A pre-bid meeting for the demolition package will be held on May 25, 2022 at 2pm CDT at Matthews Elementary, 604 Elm Street, Sikeston, MO 63801 and at 2pm CDT at ‘C’ Building, 200 Pine Street, Sikeston, MO 63801.
