Madison County Stormwater Structure Replacements

This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal funds awarded to the Madison County Highway Department by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

Separate sealed bids for ARPA County Wide Stormwater Structure Replacements will be received by Madison County Finance Department, Attn: Chris Whetstone, 1981 Hollywood Drive, Suite 100, Jackson, TN 38305, until 10:30 a.m. on March 6, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any person with disability requiring special accommodations must contact the Madison County Finance Department no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening.

Bidders should obtain their bid documents from the A2H Planroom. Official plan holders list will only be the list maintained by A2H, Inc. on the A2H Planroom (www.a2hplanroom.com). It is the sole responsibility of all plan holders, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the plans and specifications, to periodically check for Addenda which may have been posted on the A2H Planroom at www.a2hplanroom.com.
