Bid Information:
Separate sealed bids for 2024 Site Development Grant - ICE Building Renovation will be received by the City of Bolivar and its Mayor, Julian McTizic at City of Bolivar, City Hall, 211 N Washington St, Bolivar, TN 38008, until 10:00 a.m. local time on March 6, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
Pre-Bid Information:
The Pre-Bid Conference is postponed due to the forecasted inclement weather. The new date for the Pre-Bid Conference is February 27, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at ICE U.S., Inc., 305 Van Buren Road, Bolivar, TN 38008.
