Bid Information:
Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of IMPROVEMENTS TO ALBERTVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT will be received by the City Of Albertville, Alabama, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, at the Airport Conference Room until 2:00 P.M., local time, Tuesday, April 29, 2025. BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/) To purchase a hard copy set or download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job. For questions about accessing the documents please contact Memphis Reprographics at 901-381-9811. Call prior to picking up documents to ensure availability. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents including addenda, if any are obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 15, 2025, in the airport conference room. Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the scope and requirements for this contract, attendance is strongly encouraged. Any changes that may be agreed upon as a result of this meeting will be noted in an addendum sent to all plan holders.
