Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of IMPROVEMENTS TO GENEVA MUNICIPAL AIRPORT will be received by the Mayor David Hayes, Alabama, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, at the City Hall until 2:00 P.M., local time, Tuesday, April 22, 2025. BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/) To purchase a hard copy set or download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office.
