The WORK required under this CONTRACT includes furnishing and paying for all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment and other items for construction improvements of the Police/Court Parking Lot Drainage Improvements, complete in every detail, ready for the TOWN’s beneficial use as specified herein and/or indicated on the CONTRACT drawings.
