TC2025-23 Mulching & Leaf Removal Services

The purpose of this bid is to enter into a contract with a vendor for the grinding and removal of all mulch-able yard waste material and loose leaves that are not grinded. The vendor will provide all equipment, labor and insurance to grind and transport all mulched and loose material from the Town of Collierville Mulch Site Facility. The Town expects the selected Contractor to perform all operations related to the grinding and removal of all mulch-able materials and removal of all loose leaves, as-is, not grinded, in a professional manner that reflects the contractor’s knowledge and expertise in the industry. On average the Town collects approximately 42,000 cubic yards of mulch-able material each year. However, this amount may vary each year based on seasonal weather events.
