Swimming Pool Renovations FY 2025
At Westwood Pool perform all work to include demolition of concrete pool deck pavement, cutting pool metal shell and removing shell floor, replacing deck drains and repairing and replacing portions of the deck drainage system, construction of new concrete pool deck, construction of new concrete swimming pool shell floor, installa- tion of new main drains and associated plumbing, provision and installation of new pool liner, provision and installation of new handrails, salvage and reset existing ADA compliant access lift, paint removal and repainting of existing metal pool coping, gut- ter and wall ladders, removal of paint from perimeter curbing, replacement of chain link fabric on perimeter fencing, painting of existing light poles, within pool equipment room replacement of light fixtures, and installation of variable frequency drive for ex- isting pump motor, and all miscellaneous and associated work.

The Consultant will forward one (1) copy of all addenda to holders of each set of documents. All such addenda will become a part of the contract documents and subject to all conditions contained therein, and must be listed on the Bid Form for the bid to be accepted. Note: no addendum shall be issued within seven (7) calendar days prior to the date set for opening of bids, unless said addendum, delays the opening of said bids.
