72432 - CHA South Terminal Ramp Rehab

The project consists of the reconstruction of existing asphalt surfaced aircraft ramp and vehicle parking lot. The proposed construction includes 22,600 square yards of concrete apron and 5,700 square yards of asphalt paving. The scope encompasses all sitework, erosion control, pavement removal, drainage installation, pavement installation, edge lighting, pavement markings, turfing and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or in the specifications.

Sealed bids for the construction of South Terminal Ramp Reconstruction will be received by the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority at the office of the Engineer located at 5746 Marlin Rd., Suite 102, Chattanooga, TN 37411 on April 23, 2025, until 2:00 p.m. local time, and immediately thereafter will be opened and publicly read.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held April 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at 5746 Marlin Road, Suite 102, Chattanooga, TN 37411. A tour of the project site will be available following the meeting.
