New Lake Road and Tennessee Street Water Main Replacements

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the New Lake Road and Tennessee Street Water Main Replacements will be received at the lobby of the Spring City Police Department located at 229 Front St, Spring City, Tennessee 37381, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on April 21, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

Call prior to picking up documents to ensure availability. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding Documents including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.
