New Lake Road and Tennessee Street Water Main Replacements

The project includes work on Tennessee Street (Base Bid, Additive Alternative #1 and #3), Aqua Lane (Additive Alternative #1), and New Lake Road (Additive Alternative #2). The main water replacement on the base bid consists of approximately 1,700 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch PVC line on portions of Tennessee Street. Additive Alternative #1 consists of approximately 1,350 LF of 6-inch PVC line on portions of Tennessee Street and Aqua Lane. Additive Alternative #2 comprises 2,090 LF of water main replacement along New Lake Road. Additive Alternative #3 consists of 1,300 LF of 6-inch PVC line on further portions of Tennessee Street.
